1. Scope and operator

2. Catalog information
Images, names and starting prices describe a reference catalog. Configurations, materials, dimensions, availability, prices, taxes, shipping charges and delivery estimates will be confirmed before ordering is enabled. A catalog entry is not an offer or guarantee of supply. We do not claim affiliation with the makers or reference website.
3. Orders and payments
No binding purchase is formed through the current preview. No payment processor is connected and no card data should be submitted. Displayed payment-brand marks indicate planned methods only. After launch, the final order total and applicable sales terms must be shown before a customer confirms a purchase. An acknowledgement alone will not constitute acceptance where an order is still being reviewed.
4. Customer responsibilities
Use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. Provide accurate contact information when making an enquiry. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, infringe others’ rights or disrupt the service.
5. Shipping, cancellations and returns
See the Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages. Fulfillment times and voluntary return windows are not yet finalized. These must be disclosed before sales open. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
6. Intellectual property
Site branding and original content remain with their respective owners. Product names, photographs and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. No license to reuse those materials is granted by browsing this site.
7. Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. External links and remotely hosted product images may connect you to other providers with separate policies. We are not responsible for the content of external services.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate but errors and interruptions may occur. We may correct errors and suspend parts of the preview. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service. No exclusion applies to liabilities or consumer protections that law prevents us from excluding.
9. Disputes and updates
Contact customer care first so we can seek a practical resolution. Applicable mandatory laws and competent courts remain available; no mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed here. Changes apply prospectively when posted and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
